To cook 1 kg fish-Dissolve 50 gms Tamarind in ½ liter of water, add 50gms JP Fish Masala Powder, 100 gms Tomato, 20 gms cut Green chilles and allow it to boil, then add fish pieces, remove the vessel after the fish is cooked. Take another vessel put some cooking oil, add small onions, mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry then add the gravy which was kept separate into this, close it with a lid and let ito boil for about 10 minutes. Tasty Fish Gravy is ready. Add ground coconut if necessary.
