Directions To Use

Fry Mustard and 100g chopped onion in edible oil. Add 1kg chopped vegetables / mutton pieses, 50g JP Curry Masala Powder, Coconut paste, salt to taste with necessary water and boil the contents for 20 minites.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. This masala can be used to prepare Gravy, kurma.puffs, cutlets and all kinds of fries.
