Directions To Use
Fry 20g onion in 150g ghee or edible oil in a pressure cooker, add 3 tomatos, green chillies, ginger, 150g curd, 2 spoon lemon juices, 50g JP Biriyani Masala, 1kg Mutton/Chicken or Vegetable and fry for 10 minutes. Add necessary coconut milk and water. Add 1kg Biriyani rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and cook till whistle, After 20 minutes tasty Biriyani is ready to serve.
